Neutrality means refusing to believe both True and False

Neutrality doesn't mean claiming a thing as false merely on the premise that we don't have sufficient evidence to say it's true. Where is the convincing evidence to say it's false? Even that needs proving. Calling it false means adopting an opinion just the same as calling it true means. Neutrality means you refuse to say either True or False; and are open to exploring both angles or if not that then leaving it unjudged.
