Does this happen to you?
You start writing to someone a question about something that you need to know.
You check further up/down the email chain and related docs for more details that can help make your question more clear.
And while doing so, you stumble upon the answer yourself.
And then you trash/discard the email.
My inference : It's important to explicity word your questions, doubts.. to make them as clear and detailed as possible. Even more important than asking your question, it's important to put it out there.
And then, SDL (self designed learning) gets a window of opportunity to take over!
