Interesting Links for December 2015

Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I was gone to an off-the-grid no-network place all through the last week of 2015, (to here) and came back to Pune just a couple of days ago. Wow, awesome way to ring in the new year. Slept comfortably in my sleeping bag through the 12am turnover, but hey it was a joyous sleep ;)

Ok, this is supposed to be about LINKSS... for December:

Delhi AAP government has announced that private vehicles with odd and even registration numbers will be allowed on the roads of the national capital only on alternate days starting next month. National Campaign for People's Right to Information (NCPRI) has put out a detailed analysis on the Kejriwal government's Delhi Janlokpal Bill 2015. Pointing out that as per the draft the Janlokpal is not independent of the government, the report also questions the silence over how expenses will be met.
>> The title is misleading.. it's only the opinion of one group and no mention of opinions of various other RTI activists and groups.
