The idea proposal : The ceiling isn't entirely made of glass.
Sharing a video.. with a request: Please WATCH the content (clippings from various Jordan Peterson's talks) of the video and don't directly get triggered by the title. The title is put by the uploader for clicks. It does NOT reflect the actual content of the video. Instead, the video brings the reality behind the differences and the reason for being compassionate about it. It promotes inclusion, whereas the blind ignorance of these differences under the guise of political correctness is only making things more difficult for everyone and ultimately will lead to workplaces where employers (even female employers) are simply too scared of employing women at all.
